Our Story
It started in 2015. Two corporate real estate professionals — Vinay Gaur and Praveen Maheshwari — noticed something missing in their hometown. Aligarh was growing fast and had enormous potential, but the city lacked the kind of professional, transparent, one-roof real estate service that clients truly deserved.
In 2016, they took the leap. They left their corporate jobs and founded Home Solutions — an Aligarh-based real estate consultancy and construction firm built on a single-minded focus: provide complete property solutions and build long-lasting relationships of trust.
Since then, we have fulfilled the dreams of 500+ clients through buying, selling, leasing and constructing. That number grows every day. Every satisfied client is our real strength — and that satisfaction is the motivation behind our work.
